What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. I am a narcissist abuse coach and mentor.

What is your approach to goal-setting?

My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes we do. It was not a requirement because Livenarcfree is a private practice. But the co-pay portion of the insurance will be applied at the time of purchase of product or service.

What are your credentials?

I have my associate degree in general studies. 60 credits from California State Dominquez Hills. Life experience of dealing with narcissistic abuse since 2006.

How long have you been helping people?

Since 2017 I have and continue to help others overcome, heal, and move on after dealing with abuse.

Men , women, and young adults . Ages 14 and up.
